Fleck 5600 12 day backwash only valve on a 10" by 54" tank.
Tank has special 1 1/4" dome hole for easy refilling of the media without having to remove the Valve.
Includes 1.5 cu. ft. of Calcite ( 3 boxes, 50 lbs. each ) , gravel, and Fleck 5600 valve with by pass option.
Used to raise the pH of waters between 5.8 and less than 7.0
New Calcite must be added every 12 - 24 months using easy fill port on tank.
Some assembly required.
The Gravel ( 16 lbs. ) and Calcite ( 1.5 cu.ft. ) will need to be poured into the tank using a funnel we provide.
We can not ship the tank full as the gravel layer must be on the bottom.
NOTE: Comes with 3/4" stainless steel by pass option ( Fleck part # 60040SS ), if you need the by pass to have 1" threads, please make this selection in the drop down box when ordering.
